Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread II
This is mostly for Stephan800. You asked me for the videos the other day I did post some...now I just remembered about this. Whoever has something to say good or bad ur welcome to do so.. Ukr POWs from Donetsk Airport. So called "kiborgs". 2015 Civillians screaming/talking to them: - Why did you do it? Do you understand you have been killing our mothers, sisters, wife's, kids ffs...why r you doing this!? - Im 56 years old and have a problem with my leg if I was younger I would tear you apart for all the crimes you are doing against our people! For what are you killing us?! Our families!? - why did you come to kill here, bastards?! You came here to kill our kids! Shame on you, shame! ( speak Ukrainian) - They came here to kill us for money, Turchinov promised them money and they came here.. - What did we do to you to come here to kill us?! While you were raging in Kiev, we were working here! Thats all! -Bastards! Damn bastards! We shouldn't let them go! |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread II
Stephan800 so called parade of POWs in Donetsk 2015. If im not mistaken it took place during Ukrainian Independence Day. I want to say that I do not support such parades its just not right. But I wasn't living in Donetsk in 2014-15 and did not experience what this people of Donbas. I post it here just to show how locals felt about what new Ukr goverment was doing to them, because they rightfully didn't recognize their authority. People screaming killers, faschists, shame.. - you have killed Ukrainians inside of us! ( I once said here on DR " Your army becomes an enemy army with the first shells) - Why you are here?! Why WHY?! We used to serve together, to protect our Ukraine ...and you are serving killers now! Have to admit that I didn't follow the video to translate word by word. Just what I have memorized after watching the videos one time. So sry if I was off somewhere, but it doesn't change the narrative at all. |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread II
What happened in 2005? Murz mentions he knew war was inevitable back then. I still find it amazing that it took 2 generations here for my fathers family to forget about coming from Russia, and wonder what I would feel if I somehow was born there. And if anything they would have moved closer to Moscow if they had survived WW2, like my cousin in St Petersburg. Who is anti-war, but prob no longer in Russia due to war. |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread II
2005 or 2015? In 2005 was Orange Revolution. Opposition was not happy with the election results. South east Ukraine and Russia supported Yanukovich. Western world and western/central Ukraine supported Yushenko. He probably saw the inventible social separation … two parts of Ukraine starting political Crisis while both supported from the outside. |
