The missile completely destroyed one of the buildings of a civilian educational institution, damaged other buildings and residential buildings nearby. Just before 10:00 local time on 31 July, a 9 story residential building was hit with a high precision Iskander ballistic missile in Kryvyi Rih. Also in the center of Kherson where a 65-year-old man was killed in his car, and a 38-year-old resident of Kherson was wounded.

As of 22:00 local time on 31 July, there were 9 dead, including a 10 year old girl and her mother, Natalia and Dasha (see photo). 100 people injured. This shit is insane and pisses me off.
