That logo is for the Telegram channel Crimean Wind. These are Russians launching cruise missiles. Found a couple more videos and the following information:

"Today's night missile launches from the Cossack Bay area in Sevastopol

The Bastion complex launched the Onyx cruise missiles. In various modifications, they have a range of 300 to 800 km."

Another source mentions they're heading to Odesa.
