In occupied Makiivka a russ warehouse with ammunition for anti-aircraft guns in the yard of an unfinished residential area was hit by supposedly himars causing fireworks. Ammo, especially for the BM-21 Grad was stored there. The ammunition continued to detonate for about 3 hours.

To store so much ammunition near the center of Makiivka/Donetsk just paraphrases how little regard the Russian occupation has for the civilians. From the blast wave, a window was blown out within a radius of 3 km. The invaders continue to say that the target of the shelling was a hospital.

Denis Pushilin, the Russia-installed head of those parts of Donetsk that Moscow controls said that among the injured were a 33-month-old baby and a 7-year-old boy. Also 1 citizen died, an elderly man.

"Late in the evening, the enemy launched fierce attacks on residential areas and a hospital complex," Pushilin said on his Telegram channel.

A short question regarding this, I understand that the general consensus (Pentagon, US generals, EU leaders, and basically everybody that ever commented on it) is that the “liquidated personnel” number that Ukraine publishes is greatly inflated. Does that impact the credibility of their other published numbers?

Edit for context: Not shooting the messenger or saying you are spreading lies/propaganda don’t worry, just interested in why you would place trust in numbers that are in the same place as those questionable numbers
