You mean missed. The Storm shadow not only was stealthy enough the search radar didnt see it but when the IRST locked on and they fired its quite clearly jammed the SACLOS missile, the second shot was too close and missed. Storm shadow is accompanied by false decoys,called MALD.

The missile was also launched at close range so there wasn’t time to orient and intercept. This is a failure of the Pantsir system and a success of the stealth and terrain-mapping of the Storm Shadow missile. The Storm Shadow travels over 600 mph.
