"The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, agreed to meet with fighters from the RVC and the Freedom of Russia Legion. They offered to meet him in a church in Novaya Tavolzhanka, which is being fought over.

Gladkov hopes that the rebels will be destroyed and believes that the Russian prisoners have already been executed, but if they are alive, Gladkov is ready to come to the Shebekino checkpoint on the Ukrainian-Russian border. He scheduled the meeting from 17:00 to 18:00."

Shitty acting.
You can always tell when they use actors. They go out of their way to hide their faces. Crop/cut the video so the faces are not shown. Otherwise you can just look up the soldiers and see that they are russian.
Also, they would have to be stupid to let them run into the trenches with a machinegun. There is also no incoming fire.

Inspiring footage; though the footage does not show the capture, but rather the surrender. Sorry, tactical surrender But anyway they will live to be traded back and then fight another day
