Over the course of the April 26th, the Russian army has managed to destroy 5 chub S-300 launchers, 1 BuK (mid-range AD), and 1 Gepard (short-range AD), thereby further diminishing chub's already dwindling AD network. All these attacks were carried out by kamikaze-drones, of which one was the Shahed-136 (A.K.A. Geran-2), and the rest were Lancet UAVs.

Analysts have noted that the aforementioned S-300s were likely located near the frontline due to Russia's increasing usage of high-precision glide-bombs, which are able to strike targets from a range of between 30 km and 60 km. In order to effectively defend targets on the front lines, chub AD have to be placed to a distance within 30 km of the front line (and ideally, even closer than 30 km). This puts them well within range of Russian reconnaissance and kamikaze UAVs.
