Good Questions, however, you are right about it being in the wrong section as it should really be posted in the Discussion Thread so if you do it like that in future you wont get any complaints.

IMO, there's a very high chance that this could happen & I'm sure that there have been a few cases but up until now this hasn't been a topic of the invasion so being that a lot of the Wagner Mercenaries are X jail birds there's a very high possibility that this element exists especially with all the rotting bodies laying about. Usually when your signed up for service you get plenty of shots / needles to cover a wide range of diseases, but the civilian population wouldn't be privy to the same indoctrination so with all that being said, you can only HOPE that you don't get anything I suppose & press on.
