That missile was launched from Belarus. Wonder if it's a cruise missile and the missile that shot down a helicopter or plane was fired in Chernobyl.

Could be true, there were reports (BBC, Reuters) that the curfew was declared and anyone out was to be a suspected Russian saboteur.
