The Msta-S footage was filmed by a Russian drone; those cameras are not stabilised and you can see the footage was corrected in post. Unless Ukraine took over some Russian recon drones and is using them

Sorry this would be for the discussion thread but all western sources I could find months ago claim the vast majority of the city was Russian speaking (prior to the invasion) not to mention having the Russian Orthodox religion; both of which are not allowed by the current Kiev regime.

It is indeed sad that such a beautiful city got turned to ruins which that big of loss of life but at least people here get to watch pictures and videos (I’d rather have people play call of duty and no war but I am not Biden nor Putin :-(

The answer to his question was in my description of the video... That soldier is from Georgia... their flag has that symbol on it. If he were a medic, the insignia certainly wouldn't be drawn on with a sharpie.
