Wrong... after a quick search, two Russian sources say it was Ukraine's fault for shooting down a Russian missile and that the impact on the building caught on this video was the result of the shell falling down and exploding after it was shot down by Ukraine.

They are saying Arestrovich (Adviser to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine) said so in this video. I don't know the language to know exactly what he says. You do see a flash in the sky before the explosion on the ground.

The only mass RU media source or official source I've checked is TASS... and they make no mention of it.

The girl is 23 years old and just lost love of her life in September when he died on the battlefield. Her parents are still under the rubble and it is not known if they survived.

◾️The missile was launched at about 15:30 from the Kursk region from a Tu-22M3 aircraft;

◾️Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Russians have fired more than 210 missiles of this type at Ukraine. None of them was shot down by air defense forces;

◾️The mass of the missile warhead is about 950 kg, and its range is up to 600 kilometers. When used from long distances, the deviation of this missile from the target can be hundreds of meters;
