100% Russian camo pattern. Adding these photos for comparison to the executioners. This is a very common type they wear. Curious about the patch - looks to me like a Russian white-blue-red tricolor with something under it

It lingers behind him, not really following the movement of the leg, could be compression, also 4:2:0 chroma subsampling maybe?
