Sounds like a happy ending, though because of the current UKR mobilisation of any male aged 18-60, it is likely he will be forced to put up arms against his ‘own people’ / aka the DNR.. insurgents, or face jail time. Though in all fairness; with all the western weapons, intelligence and support I am pretty sure the UKR kill count against the DNR.. insurgents is much higher than the opposite. Statistically at least for the past 8 years. So he is probably smiling about his higher chance of survival

I don’t think it is the Su-30 but rather the Su-27;

The supplied images are of the actual Su-30 and a screenshot of the video where you see the missing ‘canards’ (ie extra set of front wings :D ).
