Or he could have been in an accelerated stall. That is where a stall develops, but even though the aircraft is accelerating, the wing stays stalled, and the aircraft just rolls into the ground. That is what it looks like to me.
Maybe they were worried about anti-aircraft fire. May have been evacuating to an airfield back in Russia, and he hoped to avoid being shot down right on departure. Wonder what Ukrainian forces are doing in the area?

I'm reminded of the B-52 at Fairchild AFB that lost lift (stalled) at a 93 degree bank at extremely low altitude while practicing a flight profile for an airshow. When your wings are perpendicular to the ground, they aren't providing lift in a beneficial sense.

Perhaps our mishap pilot here wasn't properly configured for take-off, lost thrust, and then compounded the problem by throwing the aircraft into a 90 degree left turn. Immediate side-slip into the terra-extra-firma.
