The judges and the prosecutors will probably wind up at the end of a rope eventually. If they do kill the soldiers, it's a violation of the Geneva Convention, and thus, it's a war crime.

In March this year, the leading Turkish drone manufacturer Baykar presented a prototype of a Turkish drone called “Bayraktar Kizilelma” (Red Apple), which the company developed with domestic resources. A statement from Baykar said Bayraktar Kizilelma would be one of the strongest elements of the security forces on the battlefield in the future with its aggressive maneuvers and advanced artificial intelligence. “Bayraktar Kizillelma”, which will have the ability to land and take off on ships with short runways, such as the TCG Anadolu, which Turkiye built and is currently conducting tests, will play an important role in overseas missions. According to Baykar, the Bayraktar Kizilelma unmanned combat aircraft, which is capable of conducting air combat like manned fighter jets with aggressive maneuvers, will change the balance on the battlefield with these capabilities, unlike unmanned aerial vehicles developed by domestic and national resources and which have a great influence in the world.  · |
