Perhaps I misread the multiple posts of nationalist funerals in Ukraine as you trying to prove a point. My apologies.

It's still only an excuse for Putin that makes him a hypocrite. If he had de-nazified his own country before Ukraine, the invasion for his reasons might have made a little more sense.

But we all know that's not why he invaded.

In all seriousness, I've seen the word "decommunization" a few times over the years in regards to Ukraine.

yeah possibly. But in 2014 it was like government approved movement. Thats when they banned "communistic party". And it was funny to me and actually a lot of Ukrs especially those in opposition because if you want decommunize a country then might as well destroy everything that was built during Soviet era, which pretty much is everything.
