I believe the words they use are "Foreign Mercenaries" despite most of the foreign fighters in Russian courts and prisons currently having proof of signed contracts with the Armed Forces of Ukraine... some of them even documented citizens of Ukraine.

I'm sure there are legit mercenaries there fighting for Ukraine but if the criteria for being called a mercenary is not being Ukrainian then with that logic most of the Russian armed forces should also be called mercenaries. Any of them from Russia, fighting alongside the DPR/LPR folks.

I was an M1 Abrams tank platoon leader, then an operations officer whose sole job was logistics and operations planning at the battalion level. And after that when promoted to Captain, an XO for an armor and infantry Battalion. Maybe you didn't know that. Logistics and being prepared for things are monumentally important which is something you don't seem to know anything about.
