As something I will be working on for a write up I personally haven't verified any of this information yet, so I wanted to state that clearly. I try to find information from the opposing side but I'm doubt Russia will confirm any of this if they acknowledge it at all.

Current Time correspondent Borys Sachalko visited the newly liberated town of Balaklia in Ukraine's eastern Kharkiv region. He met a man who said he'd been electrocuted by Russian interrogators and a mother who said her son was shot dead at point-blank range by Russian forces the day before their retreat.

Bolvinov said the invaders always kept at least 40 people in captivity. They were captured with the help of local collaborators – the invaders were looking for those who served in the military in the past, had relatives among the Armed Forces of Ukraine, or were helping the Ukrainian army.

“According to witnesses, people were tortured in various ways. I will not describe all the torture methods, I will only say that electric-shock torture was ‘the lightest form.’”
