Our favorited Gaza reporter is back in action. He is famous enough now that people are finding more of his old stuff and posting it around. I hope they find more because I cant get enough of this guy. Quite the singer, reporter, fighter and crier.

I knew he had to work for Hamas. Dude is probably really pissed he wont be able to hit the orthodontist for a while.

Source - "Shifa Hospital, something flew in, took out a Palestinian's leg, and didn't explode."

You can see the shell coming in and it just sheds that guys leg, no explosion.

***I found the video of more aftermath from our favorite reporter and it does look like some type of mortar round or something due to the copper band on the shell that helps conform it to the barrel. Someone might know more/better. Also, ratchet strap tourniquet fail

You can see it in the video if you slow it down...everyone there is lucky as fuck it didn't explode.

Holy shit, and that round was coming in hot. Thank you for posting the pics.

I did some more research and it appears that it is a spent illumination round. So it is shot out of an artillery piece, drops a parachute flare and then the case falls back to the ground.

The parachute must have deployed and it was coming in hot. Or it was a defective round. But OSINT has identified it as an illumination round although they have no idea why the angle is so shallow or why its was moving so fast.

oh cool. so that explains why it looks like the contents came out but not at risk of exploding.
