Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Footage: 16-19 October 2023
Pretty good analysis of the hospital bombing. Source: https://twitter.com/talhagin/status/1714416463136559592 I'm posting screenshots of the tweets with media in them and cutting and pasting the text. Any video is included below. Visit the tweet directly to explore the media further. "First, we need to understand something crucial regarding the flow of information during war. War is fast-paced, it is brutal, and information becomes a weapon to be yielded. Fact-checking is almost impossible in real-time, this is a privilege not given during a war. This leads to Israeli and Palestinian activists and leaders immediately clinging to whatever narrative suits their interests - Regardless if it is true. So, let's look through the information currently available to us almost 6+ hours after the explosion at the hospital. Fake News (Israeli Activists): Numerous videos, mainly posted by Israeli activists, were alleged to showcase a misfired rocket being the culprit - These videos were from 2021/22 and were irrelevant to this event. Fake News (Palestinian Activists): Numerous Palestinian activists and organizations stated, without any doubt, that Israel was responsible for the airstrike. This claim was solely based on the reports by the Ministry of Health (governed by Hamas) -Who have vested interests to lie 3. IDF shelling of targets in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood was reported at 18:58 4. IDF airstrikes were reported in northern Gaza at 19:12 (No IDF strikes were reported between 18:58 and 19:12) Video 1 below This footage takes place at 18:59, directly before Hamas took responsibility for firing, we can see a single rocket fly upwards. Due to the fuel time on the rocket and the explosion, I'd assume this was most likely an R-160. It breaks/blows up at 0:10 and at 0:15 an explosion. Based solely on this video, there is a high likelihood that this rocket misfired - but its payload was not entirely destroyed, resulting in a devastating explosion. But how do we know this video showcases the explosion at the hospital? By reviewing graphic images provided by Palestinian channels (which I won't share here) and the OSINT conducted, we can confidently say that the projectile landed in the courtyard of the hospital - where potentially hundreds of refugees had accumulated; resulting in pure carnage. Conclusion based on current data: A misfired rocket by Hamas/PIJ was responsible for the explosion at the hospital. As more information presents itself, I will add to this analysis." **note - video has no audio

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Footage: 16-19 October 2023
Does this video has a sound? Cause I don’t have it There is no way free falling parts of a malfunction rocket would make the sound of Jdam with the whistle and kind of like air cutting supersonic speed |

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Footage: 16-19 October 2023
No, there is no audio with the video. Sorry I will note that above. Not sure the sound is much proof of anything. As far as I know, JDAM is guidance add on system, or a kit that can be added to just about any aerial rocket to change it from unguided to guided. So JDAM wouldn't affect the sound of a rocket. HAMAS also has a wide variety of munitions that could make that sound. "The Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) is a guidance kit that converts unguided bombs, or "dumb bombs", into all-weather precision-guided munitions. JDAM-equipped bombs are guided by an integrated inertial guidance system coupled to a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver, giving them a published range of up to 15 nautical miles (28 km). JDAM-equipped bombs range from 500 to 2,000 pounds (230 to 910 kg)" And as I previously stated, Lord Bebo is not a reliable source based on several things I've seen him publish in the past. And it definitely sounds like he doesn't know what JDAM is. I personally don't have an opinion (yet). Just wanted to share the analysis. If it's a misfire... I mean, they happen but this was a horrific outcome, either way. No matter who is responsible.

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Footage: 16-19 October 2023
I don’t have an opinion either. Just saying that Malfunction, falling rocket will not make a whistle, powerful kinetic sound. Which means the story of this guy with timeframes and all kind of irrelevant. Have you heard that official spoke person for prime minister is Israel made a tweet right after the explosion, that they have located Hamas members within a hospital and that they just hit it. Minutes later he deleted post. Not sure if it’s true, that what Palestine ( I think) representative said today at UN |

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Footage: 16-19 October 2023
Fair enough. The guy did say that at the same time the Palestinian source posted that Israel targeted a hospital, another Palestinian group (PIJ) took credit for a "rocket barrage" at the same time. I look forward to more information being released over the coming days to see what comes out in the wash.

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Footage: 16-19 October 2023
LIVE IN GAZA https://www.youtube.com/live/zIwTnhq...wQqsV_Vk6Raa_q Hospital carpark Aftermath. 1 + 2 3. Hamas operatives saying it was misfire in a recording. - coming from the IDF so ???? 4. Copy pasting what came with this video because the guy made some good points - 1) Explosion 1 and the hospital explosion occurred at nearly the same time, but are very far apart. The pitch black night and lack of city lights in Cam 1 makes it look like they're related, but they're not. Explosion 1, as seen in Cam 2, is quite close to the northern border with Israel, while the hospital explosion is in the heart of Gaza City. 2) This also disproves theories that the missile in Cam 1 broke apart and fell in two or more sections causing both explosions. 3) Judging from the distances of both explosions to Cam 1 and Cam 2 respectively, it can be determined that the slew of missiles being fired from Gaza toward Israel in Cam 2 and the lone missile seen in Cam 1 are not part of the same attacking force, and are pretty much firing AT each other. It appears that the one misfiring/malfunctioning missile was launched either from Israel or very nearby Gaza's northeast border with Israel. 4) The faint flash in Cam 3 proves Explosion 1 was very far away from the hospital, and has that controversial "JDAM" sound which is unlikely to come from bits and pieces of a broken apart missile. Shame that Cam 1 and Cam 2 don't have audio and cannot confirm if the audio of Cam 3 is authentic. In conclusion: inconclusive. The misfiring missile may not have been at all related to the hospital explosion, but it does not seem very likely that it was fired from Gaza. 5, 6 and 7: Massive protests are now happening in the middle east regardless of who is at fault of the hospital bombing, these are just a few places.. Beruit and Amman but it's also happening in Yemen, Morroco, Tehran and Turkey etc |

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Footage: 16-19 October 2023
Thank you Flapmon. Your last video provided a clear answer to me. I was questioning whether it was a pissed-off pilot who dropped that bomb as Israel has nothing to gain from doing it. But it is clear, that the puerile hamas operatives are at it again. The Palestinians need to comprehend once and for all that hamas is their worst enemy. May they rot in hell. |
