ISIS, everyone hates them, everyone. Al Quaida, and Isralis, Iranians and Syrians, Iaqis and Kurds, Armenians and Turks. Why are we not helping Syria stomp these people out along with Al quaida. No god forbid we realize that someone with a heavy hand in their country, isn't always doing so out of oppression to his people, but in order to try to protect peace. Keeping a large, and very ancient blend of people from all three Semitic religions in areas dating back to their origin, combined with more ethnicities than one can begin to list, is something we need to remember, but do not even take into thought. So with that, goes some of the oldest historically documented locations, buildings, and archives. Nothing makes me sadder than the burning of religious buildings. I'm not religious, but I'm a Historian, and those buildings contain historical documents and archives, not just religious. Losing history, the thought of it makes me sick. I'm not christian, but it pisses me off to see so many so called Christians here not take into account that the oldest and truest blooded Christians in the world have been left forgotten in modern times. These videos make me sick. The civilian ones, though they being the most innocent, I can watch with more ease than military slaughter. American, Syrian, Iraqi, Any army POWs of any time, it really bothers me. The cruelties of man, forever and always. At least the Catholics, with people like Bartolome de Las Casas, made clear that people killing for no reason other than to kill, and in the name of their conquest and in the guise of representing their religion, were damned to a hell worse than any other to have ever lived. How these people can kill so many, and with such a majority to their own faith, is insane. |

Well for starters, speak for yourself. If you don't care about innocent people in general then I suspect you must be a Republican. Many of us do care. But if you are asking why we don't hear about the mass executions of muslims, yet we hear about a single white journalist from America that is beheaded, well that is because you are listening to the wrong sources. You see, channels like Fox "news", make a habit of not just distorting the facts, but also selectively reporting on specific stories that gain sympathy of the American people to support going to war in the middle east. Sometimes the goal is not about going to war, sometimes it's simply about labeling all muslims as evil. Usually Christians are the ones that prefer to do this. Fox News is all a bunch of Republican Christians. What better way to convince people that all muslims are evil if you only show them executing white people. It's hard to make the claim that all muslims are evil if you show them executing a bunch of other muslims. See? It's all about money and politics. Report on the stories that paint the picture you want the public to see and withhold information that doesn't support your views. Fox News is EVIL. PURE EVIL. They hate everything that is Gun-toting-White-Christian-America. Start listening to Channels like TYT (The Young Turks) on youtube and you will get a much more unbiased view of the news. |

Not sure where you get your information from. United States has been bombing the shit out of Isis for months now. Not to mention that Isis arose from the ashes formerly known as Iraq after George Dubya used it for target practice. The war in Iraq was a decade long and as soon as it ended, Isis formed and took over. They ARE the gov't in Iraq now. But are you ready to die for the cause you just stated? I'm not. Feel free to grab a rifle and head to Iraq anytime you like. I will continue to fight Isis by supporting the moderate secular muslims. By supporting the idea of educating and empowering WOMEN around the world. I will fight them by not alienating muslims in my own country so that they will not run off to join Isis or potentially plot attacks against my own country from within. THAT is how you defeat an enemy like this. You will simply never defeat them with weaponry. NEVER. You think a decade of war wasn't long enough? Why weren't they Islamic extremists wiped out during the Iraq war? Answer: Because it's NOT possible. Every muslim that died in the Iraq war, caused the creation of 3 new muslim extremists. |
