If I were a prisoner I would just run. I'm gonna die anyways, probably a horrible way like sawing off my head or burning, might as well just get shot and killed right away trying to escape

There must be a reason they don't run. What if the last guy that tried is still alive and suffering while hanging around for a week or so on a meat hook attached to a wall for the rest to take a look at in case they're thinking about resisting. Most of the executions I've seen are fairly quick but I'd imagine they could think of much slower and more painful ways of killing someone. |
