If Obuma mentioned he was going to bomb the snot out of ISIS, some left wing fascist fuckwit group would whine and cry that it might wipe out a breed of rare snails on some hillside, and half the population would sign a petition to stop it happening. Greenpeace would send a thousand teenagers and the whole shebang would turn Facebook crazy so far ahead of time that ISIA could emigrate to Canada in the time it took to get the bombs dropping......
