BAD ASS! they didn't hear the rocket coming until it was really close which means its probably traveling close to speed of sound. I couldn't find that model of ATGM launcher but from this video it looks like its traveling at least 200+ mph.
It's an AT-4 Spigot in NATO parlance, or to the commies, a 9K111 *****. An oldy, but a goodie in terms of troops in the open.

80 m/s (180 mph; 290 km/h) at launch
186 m/s (420 mph; 670 km/h) in flight speed

it took around 5 seconds for the sound of the first detonation to be heard on camera... If speed of sound is 1,126 ft/s then the target is around a mile away give or take. It took 11 seconds for the rocket to hit so that seems about right if the rocket travels at 480 feet per second.
