"Best country ever" might be overstating the facts just a bit. I sympathize some with the Russian people, they have been saddled with some of the worst governments in history

Chechnya wants to separate from Russian control because Russia simply whores them out for their resources (metaphorically speaking). I don't think the Chechens can be blamed, and not really the Russians either, although the Russians are certainly more at fault than the Chechens. Sometimes two sides can disagree and they can both have their own somewhat logical justifications. Kill that black and white thinking.
