It looks to me like she put her arms up as a reaction to the sudden turn of the plane and the fall towards the ground. I'm guessing her body got sliced up and crushed along with that wing she was sitting on... |

She likely died instantly and was burned up in the wreckage. It doesn't look like she was thrown clear. The way the plane lurched down almost makes me believe the pilot suffered a sudden attack of some kind. Not that speculating matters now.
