The way society treats it's prisoners is a direct commentary of how civilized it is. Prison does nothing to rehabilitate or change behaviors, only separate "Them" from society. Most crime is in direct association with addiction to alcohol and more devastating chemicals. I don't know what all the answers are but blind incarceration doesn't seem to be a deterrent.

thats the reason they needs these devices today. maybe then a childmolester or rapest would rethink what they are about to do before they do it if they know its not a vacation away from normal society.
