Calcott Hall, in Llanymynech, Wales, has been left untouched since its last owner died in the 1970s.

Hanging up on a rickety wardrobe door, a beloved red dress waits for its owner to return.

It has been there for 40 years, slowly gathering dust.

The solitary outfit is the one flash of brilliant colour set against a backdrop of grey in these eerie pics of a house frozen in time.

Dubbed Red Dress Manor, the abandoned building in Wales is filled with personal effects, like letters and photos.

One of these shows a lady in red, identified by records as Ellen Jones, wearing the forgotten dress.

Also inside, a box of washing powder covered in cobwebs sits on a window ledge and a bottle of turpentine hides on a shelf.

Snapper Dan Circa, 28, who took the ghostly images, said: “I saw the picture of the woman in red then turned to see the same dress hung up.

"It was an eerie feeling – as if someone was there.”

Love it! There must be so much cool vintage stuff in there. I don't think the place looks eerie, it just looks sad and lonely.

I bet after this video came out on youtube a lot of people vandalized the place as there looks to be stuff of at least some value to collectors.
