I came across an opossum that had been hit by a car and it was still alive so, I scooped him up and took him to a local wildlife rehab center. His lower jaw was broken and they kept him for a few months to allow him to heal, then released him into a wildlife preserve area. It broke my heart as he made this awful sound all the way there, he was so damn precious though.  ·  · |
