By the way, the monitor is working fine... for now. The plant had probably been growing through the back of the monitor for 2-3 months and finally broke through the top of the monitor case. The guy had no idea there was a plant growing in his monitor until he returned to the office after an 11-day absence due to the New Year holidays. "One of our technicians watered it every Friday, although it needs to be watered every 3 weeks," writes Feffa Rae. According to the author, the plant is about 25 years old, but the cut (cutting) was made from a plant that should be more than 40 years old.
