OMG, fuckin A! Poor cow. Judging by her big "bag", she is a dairy cow. She will probably live like that until she stops producing enough milk and is slaughtered. Rectal prolapse is easily treated by stitching a "purse string" suture around the anal opening. Because her prolapse retracts after a BM, they probably will leave it alone. Cow shit is kind of runny (but not watery) even when healthy. They always have shit caked around their asses, which drips onto their vaginal opening, and gets smeared all over their rumps from their tail swishing. When they lick their lips, their tongues extend deeply into each nostril over and over. They belch putrid stenchy stomach gas and stink like hell. Cows really are gross. Why would we want to eat such disgusting animals? Oh well, we eat pigs, too, and they're gross also. But damn they taste good, huh?
