It is a crying shame to see those poor animals suffer from this.
Thanks gutts for posting.
Drop a match and you get rid of the oil and the suffering animals at the same time. Sue me, I'm a sicko.

Wouldn't call you a sicko, you have your opinion. I feel for the animals because they are in this situation because of a human fuck up. They didn't ask for this, and if not for 'us' wouldn't be in this mess.

Re: The Dark Side of The Oil Spill : The Real Victims (May-June 2010)

oh yeah, well...we fucked that up. Let's put one in Alaska!

CANNOT believe they're actually thinking about drilling another oil well in Alaska after all this. When will they ever learn? I guess when we're all covered in this goop after the hurricanes blow this shit all over the fucking place. Absolutely horrifying. Thanks for posting by the way.
They can't drill in Alaska, they are under contract not to by Iraq, at least that is what a friend of mine who works for Amsoil told me.

Imagine how much research they could put into a safe Hydrogen tank with the money they are pouring into stopping the leak.

A few years back I was going to build a Hydrogen car, I had the tank the cathodes the converter and mixer, but I realized it would cost a fortune to build a rust proof engine, stainless sleeves, valves ect was going to cost me in excess of 6k, and sleeves are never a good idea so I scrapped it.

Electrics and or hybrids are a waste of time, Hydrogen is free.

Re: The Dark Side of The Oil Spill : The Real Victims (May-June 2010)

i dont think anyone is seriously taking in how fucking huge this is, every exec and mgr of bp should go to jail, the gov't should over take the company and all of its resources used to clean up, the us gov't of george bush is partly responsible for allowing these companies to deep water drill with no secondary relief backup, and this well isnt the only one. i hope it keeps gushing and shuts down the entire coast line, its the only way people will stand up and stop taking this shit, your president has the opportunity to show some balls, whats he doing now....change??? u want real answers.. ask canada.

Re: The Dark Side of The Oil Spill : The Real Victims (May-June 2010)

how much more can mother nature take from mankind?
the planet can only sustain us for a certain length
of time, there is not an unlimited amount of anything,ie, oil, electricity, fish, metal, cement tree's and so on, what a travisty, earth has been in the making for billion's of year's, we come along and destroy it in the blink of an eye, and all for what? greed, it's far to late and impossible to reverse, and i fear for my grandkid's.

Absolutely, I agree. This, what should have been a forseeable and preventable disaster is going to affect us all, humans and otherwise, for decades. My faith in mankind dwindles the older I get.

Re: The Dark Side of The Oil Spill : The Real Victims (May-June 2010)

Mmmm, chocolate covered birds.

Just kidding. I've it before and I'll say it again, this is what happens when the government lets the criminals run the crime scene.

Consider this, the area this spill covers will upset the migratory toute of the hump back whale and the giant tuna. Soon the tuna you buy at the supermarket will be poisoned and flamamble. Just don't eat that sandwich near an open flame. That is if the poison doesn't get you first.
