Already been done. The FCC claims to not have a copy of it. But I've heard from someone who has a friend in the FCC that they DO, but it's kept under lock and key and their friend wasn't allowed to view, despite working there for twenty years.  |

I doubt it would beat R.Budd Dwyers documented suicide, I saw it many many years back, it was the first time I had witnessed anything like it, it shocked the hell out of me.
