The most "non-racist" way to look at the situation is to examine reliable statistics. The Department of Justice has a tool that allows you to narrow crime stats by race, gender, age, etc of victim and perpetrator. Here's what it boils down to: You are 21 times more likely to be violently assaulted or murdered by a random black male than a random white male. The rate of white on black assault is amongst the rarest type of crimes. The ratio of black on white rape, vs white on black rapes is over 2000 to 1. In fact, there are years in the last decade where not a single black on white rape has been reported nationwide. Asians seem to be the demographic least likely to be involved in crime of any kind. |

i'd say white folks ignored blacks for long time.and many were pushed to be ghettos and projects. i know many EDUCATED black people that are nice!! however,, i don't feel comfortable around black people. due to their life style.
