great pics! i love shipwrecks! i lived by the Graveyard of the Pacific in Washington state at the mouth of the Columbia river... something like 2000 vessels and 700 people have been lost near the Columbia Bar.  |

This is the coolest spot. Loved the wreck. Would sooo love to camp out there for a week. Eat... sun... drink. I build ships. Been in all parts of a ship and welded from stem to stern, from keel to deck. Love seeing a ship come to life. Love to repair and bring her back to ship shape. My last best ship was the BonneHomme Richard. She left San Diego over a week ago. Kinda nostalgic to see a dead hulk rotting on a beach. Totally beyond repair or salvage. That first one looks salvagable. |
