Re: 9/11 Picture Collection (September 2001)
Watched this happen live.. while I think it's terrible, it's never incited any type of emotion from me whatsoever.. sorry if you lost some family, but this is as random as a car crash on the front page here to me.. Maybe the buildings make it to impersonal, or the forced opinion that as an American, you have to be upset by such things just detaches me even more.. |

Re: 9/11 Picture Collection (September 2001)
When this country and it's people(yes, even idiots like you) are attacked, it is a national tragedy- one that we, as Americans, should collectively mourn and remember forever. This was truly as sad a day as the attack on Pearl Harbor and will be another 'day of infamy' in the history of the greatest nation on earth. And, btw, Wiggly- with over 3000 dead, I would say this is the right place for this post- there is plenty of gore in all of the pictures- just bcuz something is not visible, does not mean it does not exist. Thank you for the post.

Re: 9/11 Picture Collection (September 2001)

ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR LATER AND THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN QUADRUPLED ATLEAST -JUST MY OPINION- nr 10 YRS -still seems like only 9 .......... oh it was - sad day indeed - The loss of life never really enters your thoughts though i`ve found - The scale of destruction and what/where it actually was seems to take over ... UNLESS ofcourse ... blah blah blah . |
