I think it is due to the outbreak of such stories in America. Everybody is snacking on someone. You never read of this kind of thing here and def. rarely see pics since it is illegal to take pics of a crime scene.

I've seen many people on heavy drugs. I've never seen anyone go out and try to eat someone face or even come close to anything like that. No drug can make someone do this. This very disturbing behaviour was in him the whole time.

'Bath salts' is a broad term used to describe various packages of mixed research chemicals. There are loads of different brands, the brand used in this case was Cloud Nine. At the moment I don't think anyone actually knows what the active ingredient is that causes these cannibal attacks.
