Now that the details have been released, I'm on the side of the officer. If you punch an officer while he's in his patrol car and reach for his service weapon. You're going to get shot. His family, continue to say how well of "kid" (kids are not 18, he was an adult) he was, after they deleted pictures of him holding a gun in one, a joint and bag of pot, and a wad of cash in another. I'm not racist, I hate everyone equally. But to close. No mater your ethnic race, don't punch a police officer. You will most likely be shot.

The forensic pathologist determined the officer did not shoot him in the back and his arms were not raised.

There was gunshot residue on one of the perp's arms proving he reached for the policeman's gun.

It was not a racist crime at all.

There is a case now in New Jersey from December, 2014, where a white and black officer stopped a car.

One of the policeman said he saw a gun in the glove compartment. He told the passenger, a black male in his 30s, not to get out of car.

The dumb ass got out, had his arms and his waist and the police both shot a total of 5 or 6 times.

The family of the thug now wants to sue the police since dash cam footage has emerged showing the thug not obeying the command of the police.

What do these people not get? If a policeman tells you to do or not do anything, you follow those orders. Simple.

And there is another case, and I forget in which state, where people were bitching because for target practice, the police are supposedly only using photos of black men to shot at.
