I really don't think that's JFK. The area directly above his right ear was completely blown open. I don't see anything like that here. I've also never seen his head shaved in any of the other autopsy photos.

That's not from JFK. Wound isn't in remotely the right spot. Plus, his head was not shaved at any point, nor stitched.
