EDIT : based on the new knowledge that his skin had been tanned for a movie role and he was wearing womens leggings, its possible this photo is real.

That's definately not him! The hair's too dark! I saw on a commercial that David Carradine is going to be on the show "Mental" this week. RIP David, you were a great actor.  |

I can not say 100% this is real as of course I did not take the picture. I can say that the family's attorneys are trying to get THIS photo removed from the internet. That I do know 100%.
