Sure it's just a coincidence, but seems weird that multiple small bombs loaded with ball bearings were set off at ground level at a marathon. I mean, all of the injuries are to the legs. People have already pointed out that a lot of the victims will be runners. I'm definitely leaning towards lone maniac here, but what the hell was the motive? :(
