Valentino Rossi has effectively handed the Motogp championship to his rival Jorge Lorenzo with one race to go,he lost his temper and kicked out at Marco Marquez causing him to crash. Now Rossi will start last in the final race in Spain...  |

He has denied kicking out at MM but obviously he did, and it was intentional and premeditated. He's frustrated because MM is helping Lorenzo (despite he rides for a different team) but MM's behavior, although unfair (some provocation by MM was also taken into account by the Race Direction when Rossi was handed the three Penalty Points), is not violating the sporting regulations, while kicking another rider off track is. I root for Valentino, but this was really a bad and dangerous move from him, and it could have ended much worse  |

I wasn't aware he had been deducted points too. Rossi is a genius on a bike but unless Lorenzo makes a fatal error I see no way back for him. The sad thing is this may be his last season racing. I hope he carries on, going out on such a low point after such an illustrious career is a bitter pill to swallow.  |

The 3 penalty points were added to his license, they didn't affect the MotoGP Classification: he had been handed one penalty point in Misano before, and when you collect a total of four penalty points on your license you'll start from the back of the grid at the next gp.

he definitely didn't kick MM....if you wtch from the helicopter shot you will see that MM actually leaned his bike into rossi.... no doubt his brake lever caught rossis leg or fairing and that's what caused the bike to crash.... it's a pity because the last race of the season should've been rossi trying to keep up with lorenzo..... now he has 20 other riders to get through before he even comes close and then MM will no doubt be all over him trying to slow him up again..... of course, if lorenzon crashes out of the race then it's rossis championship..... |

that guy's got about as much personality as an earthworm....he fucked up big time when he left tech3 to join ducati....he was actually doing really well on the tech3 yamaha, consistently putting in good results and even getting on the podium a few times....then he left to ride for ducati which was obviously a decision made due to salary because the bike sucked back then.... now i don't think anyone really takes him seriously anymore |
