Re: DR's Official MMA Thread Pt. 2
That card was insane! Three champions dethroned in one night. Don't think that ever happened before. It will be interesting to see where GSP goes from here. Will he stay at 85 or drop down to 70? I know they were looking for Anderson Silva before he popped for peds for the second time. Anderson vs. Gsp needed to happen for historical reasons but dude just fucked up his fighting career. |

Re: DR's Official MMA Thread Pt. 2
GSP was always a big welterweight, I'd imagine it would be too hard for him to drop back to that division. He fights Robert Whittaker next.. I know I've slammed him in the past but GSP always seems to take my money, I always ppv his fights.. |

Re: DR's Official MMA Thread Pt. 2
Nah mate, he signed a 3 fight contract. Whooping Forrest Whittaker does nothing for his legacy. My guess would be he drops back to his normal weight and fights TWood next for that welterweight strap. |

Re: DR's Official MMA Thread Pt. 2
It's going to be a huge event either way, does he retain the Middleweight Title or go for Welterweight title again?, at least he can call the shots and reap the $$$ he deserves. Madison Square Garden goes nuts!, great venue..
