damn it appears Badr Hari has lost 50lb in prison already!!

Hi All,

I thought i would share another Badr Hari update. According to this his lawyer it is nog going well with Badr Hari. He is depressed and as the title says he lost 23 kilos while in jail. His laywer tried to get Badr out of jail during xmas and new year but after his last stunt ( contact witnesses and go to restaurants while this was not allowed) they did not honor this request.

Badr his last victim, miljoinarie Koen Everink can walk again but running and doing sports will never be possible according to doctors.

Anyone catch ufc on fox 5? Hittler... I mean Rory and Benson looked amazing.

Chuck and Wandi was still a good fight but it did lose steam and should have happened in pride, what can you do.

And yes, we all saw ufc on fox 5, still disappointed but that's the fight game, Nate took it like a man when all was said and done. Big, big kudos to Bendo, that was as thorough of an ass whipping as anyone could dish out, very impressed by him but hated every second of it.

Not surprised by Rory beating the piss out of BJ but it still sucks to watch him go out like that.

And nice win for Gustafsson but he's gonna get his ass whipped when he fights Jon Jones.

Good card but I didn't like seeing shogun, BJ and diaz lose.

TUF smashes finale on Friday and TUF USA finale on Saturday, this weekend.

I dont feel bad at all

That's crazy, if he was in jail in the U.S. he would be segregated and would be able have his meals brought in/catered and would have tv, cable, video games and god knows what else. That how prison should be.
If/when he gets out, he's either gonna be a decent human or he's gonna go full retard and really not give a fuck.
Hopefully he gets his shit in order and reaches his potential and starts to realize the sun doesn't rise and set on the crack of his ass but I have my doubts.

Haven't watched any of the smashes, is it worth a download? Finally looks like once I was a champion is getting released. Can't wait to see it. Crazy that he died six years ago!! Time flys! In relation to hari I can see him staying inside for life, he doesn't striker as the sort of guy Likely to behave himself in prison.

Smashes was good, I'm glad I kept up with it, worth the look if you have the time.

Rory MacDonald and Carlos Condit will likely square off once again at UFC 158.

MacDonald announced the planned pairing during a Wednesday appearance on MMAJunkie Radio. Though the promotion has officially announced neither the fight nor the event, UFC 158 is expected to take place March 16 at the Bell Centre in Montreal.

Following his unanimous decision victory over B.J. Penn this past Saturday at UFC on Fox 5, MacDonald requested a rematch with Condit during his post-fight interview. On Tuesday, Fuel TV’s “UFC Tonight” reported that “The Natural Born Killer” had accepted the Canadian’s challenge, though no specifics were released regarding where or when the bout might go down.

Regarded by many as the heir apparent to reigning UFC welterweight titlist and Tristar teammate Georges St. Pierre, MacDonald suffered his lone loss to Condit in June 2010, when the New Mexican rallied in the third round to stop the prospect with just seven seconds remaining in a bout that many felt MacDonald was winning through the first two frames. Since that UFC 115 setback, MacDonald has won four straight fights, most recently using his size, reach and athleticism to batter former two-division champion Penn at the Key Arena in Seattle.

Condit, meanwhile, rattled off three consecutive wins following his come-from-behind technical knockout of MacDonald, knocking out Dan Hardy and Dong Hyun Kim before taking a contentious unanimous decision from Nick Diaz to win the UFC interim welterweight title this past February. Nine months later, the Jackson’s MMA representative faced returning champion St. Pierre in an attempt to unify the titles, coming up short on the judges’ scorecards despite flooring “Rush” in the third round with a high kick.
