I believe he is referring to Bittaker and Norris. You and I are both Americans, so we're oblivious to the outside world, but Brits often refer to male scumbags as "cunts". The term doesn't carry the same sexist connotations as it does on this side of the pond.

The full audiotape of Shirley Ledford's torture-murder is NOT easy to find online. I don't think it's ever been leaked to the general public, but it is used as desensitization practice for FBI trainees. Now, there's trial footage on Youtube that shows jurors walking out in disgust and horror, because IN the courtroom, the audio is being played. He did, the way it all came to a head is he left a grocery bag open in his front seat and it was full of weed. That's when they used that as a parole violation and everything came crashing down around them after that.
