I find it hard to believe that the so many people involved in say sept 11th did not talk.It was our govnt that did it and if you read enough you will believe this..But there were hundreds if not thousands of people needed to pull it off..I know a few were killed when they spoke but very few did speak out..The only thing I can think of is they were given a LOT of money..But even then i can't believe more did not speak up...

To be succinct, serious claims have to be substantiated with some serious information. Unfortunately the supporting evidence for the nefarious capabilities attributed to HAARP by sensationalists and conspiracists alike is at base unsubstantiated and more often simply ludicrous. There is a abundant amount of disclosure on this project which for being a "top secret" weapon or advanced laser gun is pretty far fetched. If you actually look into it the managerial staff gives tours and even help q&A with a HAM radio study group set and disclose exact frequencies and designated job or details for such. Once again I must think for the Troofers out their physics and science is not out to get you. It is based entirely on documentation and recreating findings through such documents. If you actually dig a little you will find tons of testing and capability specs and what they are doing with this technology. I'm almost done my studies on Chemtrails so that should be next.

I am glad to see someone actually looking into something rather than just regurgitating something they heard on INFOWARS or better yet a DARPA disclosure document. Both of which should always be taken with a grain of salt, especially anything that comes from our beloved Military Industrial Complex of which DARPA is a key member. I only hope that you look deeper into what HAARP actually achieved or what it was able to do to the ionosphere for example, the far reaching effects of this manipulation may not ever be completely revealed but it is clear and an irrefutable fact that weather modification or specifically using the weather as a weapon is a military reality today.

Facts, not theory or conjecture but facts.

1) We have been actively pursuing control of the weather since the 1950's.

2) The air force recently claimed that mission accomplished.

3) There is video evidence of the differences in Chem Trails and contrails, plenty of which are clear and easily discernible.

4) Our government has shown a propensity to obfuscate the truth about what its doing, as a default response. Caught numerous times in its lies, James Clapper of the NSA to congress most recently), it does not even seem contrite.

Here is a video from 1980 CBS evening news report talking about the benefits of "Contrails" and how they will be used in the future to modify the weather.

All it takes is for me to look up and I know that what is coming out of those planes and doesn't dissipate, but actually expands and sometimes gives off an oily rainbow( think oil floating on water along the curb) that our government is indeed sanctioning and actively participating in an experiment above our heads and is releasing some substance foreign to that environment directly over us and LYING about it.

That is what sends a shiver down my spine, not the experiment itself, I kind of see trying to control our environment as a natural instinct in modern man, Hell i use my AC almost 24/7. What makes my mad and fearful is that my government no longer thinks it necessary to tell us the truth, and that they are at times justified in not telling us whats going on under the umbrella of "National Security."

This is B.S. and we all know it, when are we going to start holding them accountable? When are we going to tell them we are ready to sit at the adults table and don't want to sit with the kids at the crappy card table anymore!
