Probably Ukraine soldiers enlisted in the SS taking a big revenge on Russians because of the previous genocide in Ukraine before WW2.

Believe me, the Germans were a lot more civilized towards citizens of their ocupated countries. My grandmother sometimes talks about it, she was a young girl during the war. She told us that when the germans ocupated our country, soldiers went to my grandmothers parents home and said go away, everything will burn, the russians are coming, run away and take everything with you, so they did. When the FUCKIN' russians came to our country, their soldiers ran into my grandmother's parrents home started shouting at them, killed their animals, comanded them to give them food and give everything they had. Also my grandfather told me, that when he was a young boy, german troops gave him food, while he was almost starving and working. |

They're Nazi Panzergruppen. Focus on the pisscutters the guys on the right of pic. Helmets never carried insignia.
