I like hand images. They make you wonder what the rest of the deceased looks like - is he really bad state of decomp, okay, horribly injured, etc.

Or no one wants to identify him. From the look of his tats this guy was a gang-banger. Legitimate relatives might not even know he had those tattoos, as they were definitely hand done.
