Re: May We Never Forget Hiroshima (B&W)
The rest of the world picks on the U.S because it can't keep it's nose out of other peoples business. Superpower my ass. Superparanoid. The U.S fought with itself for almost 200 years. Fail. It destroyed it's native peoples. Fail. WW1. Neutral party? My ass. Fail. WW2. Arrived four years late and blew the shit out of every innocent Asian in a seven hundred mile radius. BIG fucking fail. The Cold War. Lets not even go there. The Lebanon Crisis. This is why every non-US muslim, Sunni Muslim, and eastern Government hates your fucking country. The Lebanon crisis started political instability in Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Saudi, Israel, and most African countries wouldn't give you the time of day. I won't go into Panama, Somalia, The Gulf War, or Vietnam, because you know the stories already, right? And the ONLY reason that my puppet-like Government 'co-operate' with yours, is that a) we don't trust anything about you and b) we are shit scared of you. The US didn't really 'help' anyone. It merely showed up, made a mess of things, and ran away ignoring the financial instability it had plunged its country into. Again. OK? |

Re: May We Never Forget Hiroshima (B&W)
Okay, so you have issues with the government, not the people right? Thats fine with me, we're all entitled to our opinion. I wouldn't think the Uk would have anything be be affraid of. I wish America would listen to the four fathers and become allies with no one. Why does everyone always bring up the near extermination of the natives? No one alive today had anything to do with it and the people who did are direct decendants of England. Hmmmm England, thats where your from...I must be out of my mind of course. |

America is england transformed with steroids, while I don't agree with my country tinkering with world affairs in empire fashion. England would do the samething if they were capable.

Re: May We Never Forget Hiroshima (B&W)
The allies won because Hitler was fighting in Poland, France, Italy, North Africa, and started to invade Russia when their first defeat came. One of the major reasons that is often overlooked in the British escape from Dunkirk. If the German army has captured the British, the fighting in Europe would be done. Most wars are won by the side that has the best supply chain. In the case of WWII, the ability of the US to provide materials, manufacturing capability and a sizable army ultimately sealed the fate of the Axis powers. It is true that Hitler's armies were first smashed by Russian armies, and the Russians bore the highest number of casualties of ALL nations of the war, but they could not have withstood the German army without US material and manufacturing capability The only reason why the Allies won the war was because Hitler made the mistake of invading the Soviet Union, or simply failed to take the Soviet Union in time, had he taken Moscow, Leningrad and Stalingrad sooner, the Soviets would have capitulated and Hitler would have had more troops to deploy in Western Europe. D-Day will always be remembered by the American and British forces as the turn in the tide for the Allied forces, however it was the Soviets that fought the hard yards, the western Allies (US, UK) only got so far because the Germans were prepared to surrender to them, the Germans died fighting the Soviets in what was to be tit-for-tat fighting. Canada was also one of the five division’s part of Operation Overlord (aka D-Day) |

Re: May We Never Forget Hiroshima (B&W)
Because, like Hiroshima, it was avoidable and should never be forgotten. The destruction of a whole species? You're right though, anyone who comes on here and flames me or you for being racist can fuck themselves. I don't know you therefore cannot dislike you. Our Governments however I have had to endure for too long. Its their fault, not ours |

Aren't we paying restitution to the survivors? Fatman and Little boy did their job right. Japs shouldn't have sneaked on Pearl Harbor. |

Destruction of a whole species? LOL. And you are a self proclaimed "teacher". What species were the savages anyways? Were they not human? My bad, you must be confusing real life with the movie Avatar. |

Re: May We Never Forget Hiroshima (B&W)
Incendiary Bombs that created firestorms in Japan killed more people than both Atomic bombs. The kill all mentality was necessary for victory. I have friends that may not exsist today if it were not for the death of those in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. For that I tip my hat to the innocents lost because of that horrible bomb.
