As far as I know these images are related only in the way that they may come from a collection of police photographs from the 30'ies. I have several of these collected back in the usenet days posted in a big series with common filenames "30sxxx.jpg" I have 158, but the highest number I have is 525, so I obviously didn't get the whole collection.

I don't think the poor woman has anything to do with the kids.
